Estimated Delivery Time / Shipping Process
Principally, we would send your order within 1-5 working days depending on collections. We offer express and free shipping. Delivery time frames vary from country to country. Delivery time is 7 days maximum for most countries.
After customers create an order, they will receive a mail which will show your order confirmation and list of your items. Then we will send you an email contains shipping notifications and tracking link. Please follow this link to be redirected to your tracking info. Before you recieve your products, you will receive a calling card from shipping company which will give instructions and ask you to make an appointment to deliver the product
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the carriers responsibility to deliver your package to you. We advise customers to use an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item. We will always do our best to help this process along when contacted by the customer via firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, you should first contact us via email. Then send your product to the address that we notify.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Archtwain Design Studio strives to produce the designs perfectly. We do not think you will be dissatisfied with your products, but if you encounter any problems, you can contact us without hesitation.
Within 7 days of the date of delivery, the product may be requested to be changed or refunded under terms of refund and exchange. In the event of a defective product being delivered, Archtwain will either defect the product or deliver new products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is requested to be changed of refunded more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address that we will notify.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Customs / Customs Duty
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and cannot determine what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. Customers may contact local customs office to find out current charges before ordering.
The customer responsible for parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or carrier. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund, gift card or requested exchange due.
